Quality in-store music with the copyright royalties included

The music we use comes from multiple sources. The musical works are hand picked with strict criteria in order to be included on our genre specific music channels, providing you and your customers with the best background in-store sound.

We have ensured that the reproduction of our music in public spaces and stores in the United Kingdom is legal, without granting rights to PRS or PPL.

A. CMO Recognition

We use music that has been certified by the Collective Management Organization RadioPro Ltd, which is established and operating in the United Kingdom and it is officially listed on the Intellectual Property Office’s website,

RadioPro is an independent copyright society, not affiliated with any other royalty collecting organisation in the UK.

B. Directly from the Artists and Rightholders

We also use repertoire from rightholders who have entrusted affiliated entities in almost every continent, with the management of their musical works’ copyrights and rights and related to copyright.

Our contracts simply provide that the tracks we use in our music streams must not be represented by other copyright societies such as PRS and PPL.

C. Hand picked public domain music

We use musical works in the “public domain”, the unrestricted use of which is not limited by law or whose legal restrictions have expired. According to legislation, the intellectual property of musical works lasts for the lifetime of the creator, plus seventy (70) years after their death, calculated from January 1st of the year following the creator’s death.

D. AI-Generated Performances

In addition to our hundreds of regular channels, our company offers dozens of channels where the music is created by humans, but the performance is carried out by artificial intelligence (AI) software, developed by a company that belongs to the same Group.
